The Great Outdoors

One of my favorite activities that we did in Galilee was the optional hike to the waterfalls in El Al (at least I think its called El Al, thats what the sign at the end of the trail said).
I was a little hesitant to sign up because I was really tired from the day before, but I didn't want to give up any opportunities. I am SO glad I went because it was one of the most beautiful hikes I have ever been on, seriously it was right up there with Mount Sinai.

It was more of a nature walk then a hike. The pathway was lined with beautiful flowers and the occasional family of cows. We stopped at two waterfalls, the second of which we took the plunge (literally) into the freezing cold water.

It was such an amazing day, relaxing and eye opening. I felt like I should be in some sort of "Sound of Music" reproduction. I loved just taking little breaks to look over the landscape in pure awe.

Maybe I am an outdoorsy girl.
