I'm right there with you.
Our final is coming up, and you are so ready to be done with this class. You just spent ALL day studying for the Old Testament final and now you have 2 more hours of class! Your patience is wearing thin after the first 30 min. You are searching for anything to catch your attention. So here I am to save you from your misery. Blogging about boredom.
Here are a couple of ways to keep you awake in this class.
1. MASH
Its a classic.
You've got your notebook paper that you are definitely not using to write notes with. Draw a little box and start playing.
A.J. and I are going to be happily married, living in an apartment in Kentucky with our 5 kids. He is a CEO using public transportation to get to work.
Isn't it fun to predict your future?
2. Get Fit
We've got that marathon/halfmarathon/10k coming up.
Time to get back into shape.
There are tons of workouts you can do right there in your chair.
Lower Body Exercises Hip Flexion: Sit tall with the abs in and lift the left foot off the floor a few inches, knee bent. Hold for 2 seconds, lower and repeat for 16 reps. Repeat on the other side. Leg Extension: Sit tall with the abs in and extend the left leg until it's level with hip, squeezing the quadriceps. Hold for 2 seconds, lower and repeat for 16 reps. Repeat on the other side. Inner Thigh: Place towel, firm water bottle or an empty coffee cup between the knees as you sit up tall with the abs in. Squeeze the bottle or cup, release halfway and squeeze again, completing 16 reps of slow pulses. These exercises and more found HERE 3. Blog Stalk. We all do it. 5. Daydream A daydream is a visionary fantasy, especially one of happy, pleasant thoughts, hopes or ambitions, imagined as coming to pass, and experienced while awake. close your eyes and think about... people places experiences the future the love of your life food memories your own utopia |
6. Take macbook pictures. Try to be sneaky. Don't let the teacher see. It will entertain you for hours. |
7. Start your own blog You already criticize everyone else's blog... you've got a brain, use it. Start today. Write down anything. Make up a story, write down your favorite memory, tell someone why you love them. Create! Any more ideas? Comment comment comment. This is a group discussion.
